A girl was brutalized in a village in Darbhanga’s Bahera police station area. The brute entered with wrong intentions late on Saturday night. When they protested, he ruthlessly beat up two sisters. When the family members got to know about this, they were stunned. After the incident, an FIR has been registered against the accused Vipin Mahato in the women’s police station of Darbhanga. The women police station in-charge, while confirming the registration of the FIR, has said that a medical examination of the victim will be done.
When the younger sister protested, she was brutally beaten
The victim has stated in the FIR that she was using her mobile while sleeping with her sister at night. During this time, the accused Vipin Mahato entered the house and tied my hands with my own dupatta and stuffed a cloth in my mouth and raped me in front of my younger sister. When my younger sister protested, the accused beat her up and threatened to kill her if she told this to anyone.

She has written in the application that her father works as a labourer in Ahmedabad while on the day of the incident, my mother had gone to my maternal home. During this time, the accused found me alone and entered my house and committed the crime. She gave all the information about the incident to her mother, after which an FIR has been registered in the women’s police station against Vipin Mahato, resident of Radhyam village of Baheda police station area. In this regard, Mahila SHO Aarti Kumari said that an FIR has been registered regarding this incident. The medical examination of the victim is being done. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused.
